Jerry Johnsen Directs the Client Assistance Program. The Client Assistance Program (CAP) is established under Title 1, Section 112 of the Rehabilitation Act and is a separate and distinct entity from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. The CAP is one resource where customers who have reached a bottleneck or an impasse in their VR Process can share individual case concerns and seek resolution.

As the Director of CAP, Jerry brings important current insight to statewide trends to his colleagues on the SRC. He resides in Seattle with his wife and two sons.
