Joelle Brouner, Executive Director

Joelle has worked for the Council as its full time Director since February 2005. She is a former customer of the Division and her case was closed in 1996. She has worked in the private and non-profit sectors before coming to government. Joelle has a long history of advocacy within the Disability Rights Movement.

Amy Rossiter, Executive Assistant

Amy joined the Council staff in January 2008. She brings fifteen years experience providing administrative and clerical support within state systems. Amy works for the Council half time.
